History of the Martin Browne School

Originally built in 1958, the Martin Browne School was a four-room school. In 1974, a stand-alone Relocatable was added in 1986, the Relocatable was linked to the school to serve as the Kindergarten and two additional spaces were added as relocatable structures. One served as the Library, the other as administration and Education Support Teacher's space. In 2006 one portable was added with another the following year with the same design.

In 2014 the Martin Browne School was closed in part of an enrollment for the new College Park School. After it's closure, the Lloydminster Public School Division and City of Lloydminster traded land for the future maintenance shop.
